The national flag carrier, Pakistan International Airlines or PIA, is finally looking to impress the audience after facing a lot of backlash and criticism following their poor service on various occasions. In an attempt to catch up with the digitization process, it announced that passengers would now be able to check-in online.
The official Twitter handle for PIA tweeted an image on Thursday which said, “Why wait in the line when you can check-in online!”

According to this statement, the service is only available for domestic flights only for now and the operations are limited to flights between Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad.
This online check-in will be really helpful for those who are traveling without luggage. Thus, all the PIA passengers who are traveling within the country from the above-mentioned cities can save a lot of time and avoid waiting in lines. They can check-in for the flight even before arriving at the airport through the official website of the airline.
It is hoped that PIA will enable this service for the rest of the domestic cities and international flights too soon enough.
